Blogging from DC.

Well, we are finally all here in DC (minus Seth and Michaela, who stayed in Seattle). This cup was a farewell present from my friend Lynda, who ordered it here.

DC is okay so far. But I’m still unpacking and the disorganization of our apartment really gets to me. I also have a really bad head cold. I had a feeling I would get sick after the stresses of moving out of the house in Seattle.

But, the weather has been great (it was 69-degrees and sunny today) and I’ve found two places that serve good espresso. One is a gelato place in Georgetown, the other a bookstore in Tenleytown. Thank god! I also found a yoga studio in Georgetown that I wanted to go to tonight, but I’m sick. I may have to wait until next week…..
