Good food.
One of the nice things about running fast and often with the Nike+ system is the extra calories you burn. You then have caloric leeway to eat more good food without your ass turning into a lump of lard. For example, one can eat more good food like this: Whole Treat Dark Chocolate Sauce. It is frickin’ KILLER.
I highly recommend it.
And Will recommends it even more highly than I do. He eats this stuff by the spoonful when I’m not looking. But then again, he has the metabolism of a hamster, WITHOUT the Nike+.
