Bia Stramondo Pistachio Cream. This stuff is TO DIE FOR. I made crepes with this one morning and Will and I had simultaneous orgasms right at the kitchen table in our cramped yet quaint little east coast apartment. I haven’t used it since, though. Trying to savor it as it costs more per pound than most organic, free-range, grass-fed, hormone-free, never-shot-up-with-antibiotics, I-treat-this-cow-like-my-pet beef, I think. It’s really expensive.

I bought it at Balducci’s, a neighborhood market here in DC that has filled the void left by the absence of Metropolitan Market.
