Latté art.

originally uploaded by Neylano.

So, today my new pitcher arrived, the one with the tapered spout and flat walls. I am trying to perfect the art of steaming milk so I can make Vivace/Victrola/Tryst/Peregrine/Pitango/authentic Italian lattés chez moi since there are no good espresso shops on Bolton Hill. I appreciate all you professional baristas MORE THAN EVER now that I have to pull my own shots and texture my own milk. Like anything else that an expert makes look really easy, it's not.

So, once again, I turn to YouTube where I find this great video on texturing milk to make latté art. I say "once again" because about a month ago, I downloaded this YouTube video titled "How To Cut Your Man's Hair" which came in handy with the new barber kit I got at Target. Will got a haircut for nothing.
