This is how they do it, Will. You pay first, to your right. The cashier gives you a receipt which you then take to the bar (on the left), and give it to the barista who makes your drink. Most people drink their caffe standing up at the bar, but you can take it outside and sit at a small table if you wish. They don’t do anything bigger than a Starbucks’ short, and no fake, sugary syrups, either.
