Suck it, Vogue.
I have decided that ever since I discovered Refinery 29 (thanks to my fellow fashion whore and co-worker, Lindsay), that I will never have to buy another fashion magazine again. Not that I won't, but I don't need to, thanks to the Internet (I LOVE YOU), and the MAC counter.
Having just celebrated another birthday, I'm more determined than ever to grow old gracefully. The way I plan on doing this is by exercising, lifting weights, eating macrobiotically, and wearing trendy yet classic clothes, high heels, and cool glasses. I have no plans for Botox, plastic surgery, or liposuction. Those things, to me, constitute aging desperately.
No, thanks.
As legendary fashion editor Diana Vreeland once said, "Elegance is refusal."
