How ironic that people like this beg outside the Vatican walls, a place disgustingly pregnant with riches. I realize the important contributions the Catholic church has made to art and architecture, but it all just seems so hypocritical to me.

Well, I’m finally here! The flight was long and I left my down pillow in Amsterdam, but I got here unscathed and after the earthquake happened (I think, anyway….).
